TERMS OF SERVICES & CONDITIONS



As a customer, you are responsible for the following:
Allowing access into and out of the yard with an unlocked gate, or the lock combination. Locks with keys are not acceptable, forcing the scooper to carry, or hide the key. Confining your pet from the yard on date of service is an absolute must. If the client is able to come home and secure their pet, we may be able to come by later that day. This is not guaranteed, but we do want to serve our clients well.
Please Note: anyone can make an honest mistake, but our time is costly and important. If we are repeatedly unable enter your yard for any reason (locked gate, a loose pet) to complete service and we are unable to return the same service day, you may still be charged for the service trip and your service will be resumed on its next scheduled date.

Pay for your monthly subscription one month at a time in advance, and enjoy your first poop scoop for free for the first 6 months. This plan includes the initial clean up service fee. You will NOT pay the initial clean-up fee with this plan. This plan is non-refundable and the pre-paid must be completed.
Service Guarantee:
We cannot clean what is not visible. The agreed to be serviced area must be free of excessively tall grass, leaves, and debris for our return guarantee to be effective (though this is not a requirement for us to scoop your yard). Although we will make every effort to make your yard 100% clean. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any work performed, please contact us within 24 hours of the visit at (305) 527-9172, or email us at anydoglldoo@gmail.com. We will certainly make every attempt to return to the yard to re- service the yard or else give you a refund, or credit for the next service week.
Billing:
A debit/credit card is required to be on file for us to perform services. Your chosen service plan is charged to your debit/credit card after each service, but only if the service is able to be performed. If the card is declined, we will attempt to try again the following day. If the card is declined again, we will suspend service until the service rendered has been paid for. The first cleaning after a significant pause in service may be subject to a higher fee due to accumulated waste. Pricing of services are subject to change only with client approval.
There is a higher fee for first-time service. The fee may be slightly higher than the "One Time' service fee. The size of the yard and the number of dogs being serviced will determine the final fee for first-time clean-up.
Please Note: The client will only be liable for services able to be performed. If the client repeatedly prevents service by previously stated situations, there may be a service fee for our trip to the location. Please keep your pet confined and the service areas accessible. We only wish for our clients to experience a positive working relationship with Any Dog'll Doo at all times.
Agreement Cancelation:
You can cancel service at any time by sending an email to anydoglldoo@gmail.com.
Severe Weather:
Inclement weather can make it hazardous to be outside to complete all scheduled visits for a day. When this occurs, our team will notify you if your cleaning will be missed or rescheduled. Visits may be rescheduled earlier or later in the week, or the same day if possible. You will not be charged for missed service due to inclement weather.
Holidays:
We do work most holidays, but most people do not want us on their property during certain holidays. That being the case, we do not offer service on the following holidays:
New Years Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas
Please Note: If your service date falls on one of these stated holidays, we will contact you the week before to determine schedule changes. Due to our workload on holiday weeks, we may skip (rather than reschedule) cleanings that fall on these particular holidays.
Liability:
Any Dog'll Doo LLC does not assume any liability for lost pets, damaged gates, yards, or any other property.
Our service tech will take and send you a final photo of your closed gate for reassurance of completed service and the ability to safely allow your pet to return to the yard any time after servicing. Any obvious damage to said properties prior to service will be sent in a photo to you in advance of performed service.
Note:
Any subject covered in Terms of Service, or in the FAQ, are considered part of the service agreement.
By initiating service, you agree to the listed Terms of Service, listed FAQ conditions, and give Any Dog'll Doo LLC permission to enter your premises and perform services.
By submitting your phone number, you are authorizing Any Dog'll Doo LLC. to send you text messages. Messaging frequency will vary.
