A: We serve all of the upper keys areas including north Key Largo, Tavernier, Islamorada, Upper and Lower Matecumbe, Layton, and Marathon.
Q: How will I be charged?
We will keep a card on file for your account, and it will be charged after service is complete for each visit.

Q: Do you require a contract?
A: No! Our trust and reputation are built upon customer satisfaction, not contractual obligations.
Q: Can I cancel my agreement?
You can cancel at any time by sending a written cancelation request to anydogwilldoo@gmail.com.
Q: Is there an extra fee for the first-time scoop?
A: An "initial clean-up" fee for the first service set-up fee is set according to accumulated waste and usually only slightly higher than the default "Once a Month" service plan fee.
Note: All advertised fee changes are subject to client approval.
Q: How does your service guarantee work?
A: We ensure 100% satisfaction for our clients! If for any reason you are unhappy with any work performed, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning at 305-572-9172 or email us at anydogwilldoo@aol.com. We will return to the yard within 24 hours and bring it up to satisfaction. If satisfaction is not reached, we will issue a refund, or credit you the next service.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Absolutely! We are licensed and fully insured with a one-million-dollar insurance policy.
Q: Do you work on holidays?
A: We do work most holidays, but most people do not want us on their property during certain holidays. That being the case, we do not offer pickup services on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas
If your service date falls on one of these stated holidays, we will contact you the week before to discuss schedule changes. Due to our workload on holiday weeks, we may skip (rather than reschedule) cleanings that fall on these particular holidays.
Q: Do I need to leave the gate unlocked?
A: We need access to your yard on all days of service. If you prefer, you can place a combination lock for the gate and inform us of the combination. Locks that require a key will not be accepted for the reason that we will not be held responsible for holding, or hiding a key. Repeated inability to service the yard due to loose pets, or locked gates could lead to a service fee. The next service could potentially require a higher fee due to accumulated waste.
Q: Can my dog stay in the yard while you service?
A: We prefer that you do not leave your pet outside. As much as we love dogs, it would be devastating to everyone if your beloved pet escapes the yard at any time. It is also a risk for the technician to possibly be bitten by the dog. Even if your dog has never bitten anyone, in our experience, there is always a first time. Any Dog'll Doo LLC will not be held liable for an escaped, or lost pet. Please, keep pets inside for a safe and secure service.
Note: Should either of these reasonable requirements be unfulfilled, we will give you a call and provide a reasonable opportunity to come home and secure your pet, or unlock your gate. Anyone can make honest mistakes, but if our tech is repeatedly determined to be unable to service the yard due to client error, the client may still be subject to pay for the visit.
Q: How will severe weather effect my service?
A: We generally continue service in most types of weather. However, if heavy rain or lightning prevents us from visiting your yard, most times we are able to make up the work later on that day, or same week. If we are unable to complete service later that week, you will NOT be charged for that week of service.
Q: Can I choose my days of service?
A: We do try to offer your preferred day of service, but we cannot guarantee a particular service day for you if we are not in your area that day. However, if you have a special one-time event that will require a cleaning to be more specifically timed that week, please reach out to our office as far in advance as possible at 305-527-9172 and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Q: Are these terms negotiable?
A: All terms of this agreement are subject to change by Any Dog'll Doo, or at our client's request but only enacted with prior permission by either party.
